Convert Markdown files or pasted Markdown content into a downloadable PDF.
If both file and text are provided, the uploaded file is used. Document Name controls the PDF filename and print title. Browser header/footer and custom page numbers are mutually exclusive. File paths/URLs are never printed.
GitHub-style extras: Task lists (`- [ ]`, `- [x]`), footnotes (`[^1]` + `[^1]: note`), and TOC placeholders (`[TOC]` or `[[TOC]]`).
