This policy explains how Openly Convert handles uploaded files and generated outputs.

1. File Processing

Files are processed to provide requested conversion services.
We do not sell uploaded content.
Processing is automated and short-lived.

2. Data Retention

Generated output files are automatically deleted after 2 minutes (120 seconds).
Please download your converted file immediately after completion.
Expired files cannot be recovered and must be generated again.

3. Security Controls

Rate limiting, isolation, and request validation are used to protect the service.
Abusive traffic may be blocked to preserve service availability.
